ALLIANCE+

ALLIANCE+ has signed a contract for the use of the MainManager software. The software will be used to manage resources and to measure Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Customers of ALLIANCE+ will be given access to MainManager where they can view the status of all the Key Performance Indicators of their Service Level Agreement.

ALLIANCE+ management will be given access to MainManager‘s management portal where they can update and manage their daily tasks through the MainManager app.

ALLIANCE+ is the third largest cleaning company in Denmark and the fifth largest in Sweden. ALLIANCE+ has over 4500 employees responsible for cleaning over 5 million square meters in both countries combined.

Their clients include some of the largest companies in Denmark and Sweden, retail chains, retail stores, shopping centers and companies in all branches of the public sector.

Heimavellir

On August 23 Heimavellir signed an agreement with MainManager for the implementation and use of the software MainManager. The implementation of the software has already begun and is scheduled to be completed in late Oktober.

MainManager will be connected to Heimavellir‘s Accounting System and will be used to keep track of and work with Heimavellir‘s portfolio, leases and renters.

Sentralen Oslo chooses MainManager

Sentralen, a subsidiary of Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, has chosen MainManager to maintain and manage it’s facilities.

Sentralen’s data will be imported into MainManager as a three-dimensional BIM model which will then be used to manage information on the building and it’s systems. Subsequently, Sentralen will use MainManager to manage:

  • Operations
  • Maintenance
  • Fire prevention
  • Cleaning
  • Space management
  • Rent Management
  • Art work
  • Service center
  • Reserve meeting rooms

Sentralen

Sentralen is located in Øvre Slottsgate 3, Oslo. In 2016 the building will be used for various cultural and entrepreneurial activities, all of it’s 12000 square meters  will be used as office space or galleries with the intent of forging a link between the arts and the business sector.

Wärtsilä chooses MainManager

Wärtsilä has signed a contract with MainManager for the implementation and use of the software MainManager. Implementation of the software and training of employees is already under way.

Wärtsilä‘s property department in Norway manages around 75.000 m2 and will be using MainManager for space management through :

  • Interactive drawings
  • Construction data
  • Property data
  • Operations
  • Maintenance
  • Fire prevention portals
  • Help desk

MainManager will be providing a complete setup of technical systems, operating plans and interactive drawings for the administration building at Stord.

Wärtsilä is a large Finnish company with 18,000 employees and factories in 70 countries. The company has 4 subsidiaries in Norway with 1200 employees which deliver products and solutions for the marine, oil & gas and industrial sectors.

N1 upgrades and increases it‘s usage of MainManager

Work has begun on updating N1‘s MainManager  to version 11(the newest version). Parallel to the update N1 also decided to start using more of MainManager‘s modules.

On February 25th the new agreement between N1 and MainManager was signed. The update and the implementation of the new modules is sceduled to be completed by the end of May.

N1 wil be using MainManager for:

  • Energy monitoring
  • System monitoring (HVAC systems)
  • Task planning (5 year maintenance scedule for all service stations)
  • Managing service- and lease contracts
  • Complaint and deviation registration
  • Issuing and managing requests
  • A Helpdesk handling all complaints and deviations created on all of it´s service stations

On N1

In April 2007, the oil-company Esso and Bílanaust merged into N1, becoming one of the largest service- and service company in Iceland. With a service network of close to 100 service points, the company provides people and companies with car-related services along with fuel and supplies.

Contra chooses MainManager

On the 19th of February an agreement between Contra and MainManager was signed. The implementation of the MainManager is already under way and the system will be taken into use in May 2015.

Contra will be using MainManager to manage the largest property in their charge; Höfðatorg.

There MainManager will be used to:

  • Monitor energy consumption
  • Create and manage incidents
  • Manage service providers
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of the property
  • Manage lease contracts

Contra is a spezialized asset management company which manages real estate portfolios in cooperation with banks, pension funds, insurance companies and investors.

Almenna Leigufélagið

On Mars 2 Almenna Leigufélagið signed an agreement with MainManager for the implementation and use of the software MainManager. The implementation of the software has already begun and is scheduled to be completed in September.

MainManager will be connected to Almenna Leigufélagið‘s Accounting System and will be used for

  • Issuing and keeping track of Work Orders
  • Creating and keeping track of Incidents
  • Keeping track of Leases and Renters
  • Managing the Property Portfolio

MainManager attends the annual European Facility Management Conference.

This year the conference’s emphasis was on business and practice and on the other hand research and education. Over 400 researchers and practitioners from all over Europe came together and shared their techniques and research findings from case studies.

Gunnlaugur B. Hjartarson, director and founder of MainManager was invited to speak at the conference.  He gave a lecture on „Urban Innovation – Public FM and citizens involvement”  where he presented MainManager’s award winning concept of City Direct to the delegates in Berlin.

 

City Direct provides cities and local authorities with new options to promote local democracy, engaging residents and giving them a say in the municipal decision making process.

MainManager welcomes a new distributor in Australia

We are extremely pleased to announce that on the 17th of February 2014  MainManager signed an agreement with IVConsultants for the distribution of MainManager in Australia and New Zealand. Subsequently, two of MainManagers employees went to Australia to conduct workshops and prepare IVConsultants employees for the Total facilities EXPO in Melbourne. After a few days of intensive training at the premises of IVConsultants, Ivo Vrozina, Brad Magee and Liam Wittert were ready and able to perform live presentations of MainManager.

MainManager was premiered on March 3rd at the Total facilities EXPO in Melbourne, which is one of the largest FM-exhibitions in Australia. This year more than 2000 people attended the EXPO which exceeded all expectations.

We are really excited about this new cooperation with our mates from Down Under and can‘t wait to see what the future brings.

Central Denmark Region chooses MainManager

Central Denmark Region has signed an agreement with ICEconsult for the use of MainManager. MainManager will be used to optimize and manage the operation and maintenance of Central Denmark Region ‘s asset portfolio, which consists of more than 1.200.000 square metres.

All information regarding Central Denmark Region ‘s portfolio will be transferred to MainManager in order to create a basis for an optimal view of tasks, resources, energy  consumption and real estate costs. In the first phase of the implementation the focus will be on importing all Central Denmark Region ‘s existing data to MainManager. Central Denmark Region has several large hospitals under construction which will be added to the system in the later stages of the project. MainManager was chosen from a group of similar systems and was awarded a four year contract.

Central Denmark Region

Central Denmark Region is one of five administrative units in Denmark. Their primary responsibility is healthcare, involving responsibility for hospital services, including psychiatry, health insurance, general practitioners and specialists. In addition the region operates a number of social institutions. Around 30.000 employees work to carry out regional tasks at all levels.
